MassageClicks, an app for on-demand massages, announces its launch, offering same-day service by sending certified massage therapists to customers’ homes, offices or hotel rooms.

The service will initially roll out in the Orlando market, targeting residents and visitors. MassageClicks brings the experience of the spa to its customers in as little as two hours with no driving to and from an appointment or calling to arrange one. Pricing for a one-hour massage starts at $79 and includes choices of Swedish, sports and deep tissue massages.

MassageClicks will offer flexible hours to accommodate the busiest people, operating from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. One hour before the appointment, users of the app will receive an email with the name of the massage therapist so customers know who to expect at their doors.

The app was founded by Ian Vakil, a former salon owner who saw a business opportunity in the convenience of an on-demand app.

“Our lives continue to get busier, and this new app will make it easier for Orlando residents and tourists to de-stress and recharge in an affordable way,” Vakil said. “Once the massage is complete, our customers can stay cozy in the comfort of their homes or hotel rooms without having to jump back into the outside world.”

The certified massage therapists who have been hired to serve the Orlando area are background checked with finger prints. The therapists go through an in-depth interview process and all of their massage techniques are tested before hiring. MassageClicks is still accepting applications for certified massage therapists. The app is available at the Apple App Store and Google Play.
